QA scraps repayment exit fees for QA Talent roles

We're no longer charging repayment exit fees for tech specialists in QA Talent roles.

We’re really excited to bring you some news from our QA Talent business. We’re no longer charging repayment exit fees for tech specialist (formerly known as consulting) roles, except in exceptional circumstances.

At QA we’ve made it our mission to use our position as a provider of industry-leading training to support social mobility and promote equality, diversity and inclusion.

Having listened to our communities, we’ve realised that in some instances exit fees can stand in the way of social mobility. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible working environment, we’re dropping these fees to help those looking to start a career in tech, including those from less advantaged backgrounds get the best start possible.

Alongside our leading-edge technology training programmes, amazing client roles and exciting job opportunities, this move will help ensure that our tech specialists stay and grow with us in the long-term because they want to, not because they feel like they have to.
