QA joins forces with ServiceNow as a Workforce Placement Partner

QA is supporting the “RiseUp with ServiceNow” initiative, aiming to train one million learners worldwide and boost ServiceNow talent development.

QA is excited to announce its collaboration with ServiceNow as a Workforce Placement Partner, offering an enhanced option for apprenticeship programmes that combines our leading apprenticeships with heavily subsidised training and certifications in ServiceNow technology.

As one of the first authorised UK partners, QA is committed to supporting the “RiseUp with ServiceNow” global initiative, which aims to train one million individuals worldwide and accelerate talent development within the ServiceNow community.

Through this initiative, QA will play a pivotal role in providing skilled professionals to meet the increasing demand for certified ServiceNow talent across various industries.

As part of QA’s tech, data and digital apprenticeship programmes, learners can now access training and ServiceNow certifications through enhanced add-on options including:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals
  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals
  • ServiceNow Administration Advanced
  • ServiceNow Development Fundamentals
  • ServiceNow Scripting Fundamentals

These certified add-ons are designed to enhance the skills of learners and are aligned with several QA programmes.

“The ServiceNow platform is embedded within the operations of many of our clients, who require a workforce skilled in its use,” said Jo Bishenden, Managing Director of Apprenticeships at QA.

“Through our partnership with ServiceNow, we are empowering the next generation of professionals with the expertise to excel in an increasingly digital landscape, while also supporting organisations to meet their growing needs for certified talent.”

Jordi Ferrer, Vice President and General Manager, UK & Ireland at ServiceNow, said:

“We’re thrilled to have QA join us as part of RiseUp with ServiceNow, which addresses digital talent gaps for our customers and partners by expanding access to valuable skills training. This partnership will accelerate the job-ready talent into the UK market, creating more opportunities and delivering value for organisations of all sizes.”
