Antony started working at QA in January 2009 as a Business Applications Instructor and currently has over 25 years of experience in the field. His career has seen him teaching, training, and developing IT courses in Adult Education and Public Sector settings across two large Further Education colleges and several NHS Trusts in Yorkshire, as well as delivering training for a prominent national brewery.

Within the DPOA team, Antony focuses on delivering end-user data applications like Excel, Power BI, and business applications within the Microsoft Office environment. He collaborates with clients to customise courses according to their staff's needs. Additionally, Antony specialises in both VBA and Data training, offering both introductory and advanced courses across the North.

Whilst frequently conducting live events at QA's Leeds and Manchester centres as well as many virtual events using a variety of delivery platforms such as WebEx, Teams and Zoom; he also delivers bespoke courses at client locations. Recently, he expanded his expertise by completing the DA100 Microsoft Data Analyst course and becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Currently, Antony is engaged as a subject matter expert in developing data citizen courses and has authored several of the new courses delivered in this area.

Industry Experience

Antony has worked in the following industry areas:

  • NHS Trusts – cascading IT training to staff working within several large hospitals in the Leeds area
  • Adult Education College – developing and delivering training courses for the public sector and managing a team of trainers within the college environment
  • Community College – course designing to suit the needs of the local community in and around North Yorkshire, delivery of the courses and invigilation of exams
