George is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and MOS Master instructor based in London and has been involved in IT training for over 25 years. He has extensive experience delivering training to all levels, in various formats. Previous roles have included running a UK online centre. He provides training at both QA centres and on client sites in and around the London area, regularly outside of the M25 and overseas, with a special interest in digital transformation: collaborative working, new ways of working (NWOW) and project management.

George has been involved with all stages of training rollout: scoping client requirements, training needs analysis, designing course content and structure, authoring courseware and supporting documentation, one-to-one, virtual and classroom delivery, conference presentations, workshop development, post-course evaluation and follow-up, delegate floor walking and post-rollout evaluation.
