Margaret joined QA in 2006 and has been involved in training and education in various subjects for 20 years. As Senior Learning Specialist in Project & Programme Management and a member of QA’s Professional Best Practice team, she has helped hundreds of learners to achieve Prince2, P30 and/or MSP Practitioner status and also delivers APM project management courses as a full member of the APM (MAPM). Margaret has an honours degree in Biological Sciences, and a Level 4 SVQ in Learning and Development.

She is a firm believer in “keeping things simple” and uses everyday examples to demonstrate principles in her courses.

Margaret has 20 years’ experience in project and programme management in FMCG retail, pharmaceutical and training industries, and also extensive experience in working with the public sector.
