Having spent his career facilitating, coaching, teaching and consulting in technology and management, Michael has honed an ability to design and deliver innovative and engaging experiences – with a strong emphasis on interactive and memorable learning. His passion to light people up and equip them with the tools they need to emerge empowered and excited to move forward in their journeys, serves to cement his approach.
To Michael training is a service, guided by vision, and strives to help others find theirs; focusing on delighting learners, then enhancing practice to tweak and evolve their capabilities.
In his role as a Learning Consultant, Michael also supports the wider QA community in Agile and leadership learning.

Industry Experience
Prior to joining QA, Michael was employed as an Agile Coach within the financial services industry. Firms like, Computershare, M&G Prudential and HSBC. Primarily in software development and technology teams, he led multiple agile transformations across international groups and designed training programs that allow for experience and practice over theory. Michael has also provided executive coaching on an individual and group basis, supporting exec teams in business improvement strategies and transitioning to being Agile.
Previous to this, Michael spent several years as an active Scrum Master and Operations manager, focussing on the people and how best to support them in their roles so they can perform at their best.
