Although he has been a trainer for close to twenty years, a large part of his previous working experience included involvement in various projects and change initiatives within construction, engineering and training organisations, addressing factors that would lead to resisting change within an organisation and managing the relationship between projects and operations, help to ensure smooth product transition into operational use. All of this has played a key part in his professional development as a trainer.
Phil has a passion for teaching and personal development along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling him to impart knowledge in a manner that is both enjoyable and easy to understand.
