Rob started off in the IT industry as an administrator back in 1994, specialising in Citrix Virtual App and Desktop, Cloud Services, and all aspects of various virtualisation products. Rob has worked as one of a handful of Master CCIs – globally responsible for assisting the Citrix education team in content development and TTT programs. He has participated in numerous steering committees and focus groups to help shape official curriculum.

Rob is also an AWS Authorised Instructor (AAI) and Microsoft Authorised Trainer (MCT), concentrating on Cloud technologies and helping businesses with their native and blended Cloud adoptions.

Areas of expertise: Citrix Virtualisation, AWS, Azure, Cloud technologies.

Rob has responsibility for leading and developing QA’s IT Infrastructure and Networking training portfolio.
