His extensive expertise encompasses Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and systems architecture design and implementation.

A Senior Azure & Microsoft 365 Instructor and Microsoft Team Lead at Cloud Academy and QA Ltd since 2018, Thomas has authored and delivered comprehensive training content to more than 300,000 students worldwide. His training spans multiple cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud Platform.

Previously, Thomas held senior roles at large MSPs and some of the world's largest Fortune 500 corporations, where he designed, implemented, and managed enterprise-wide infrastructure projects and migrations. Throughout his career, he has led numerous high-impact migrations and managed mission-critical systems.
