Your chosen route to your Advanced Diploma
Choose your required courses from People Skills, Business Skills and Analytical Skills professional course categories.
Courses at professional level can be taken individually and their prerequisites are often experience based. Please check the individual course outlines for details.
The Advanced Diploma itself can only be obtained by those already awarded the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis AND 4 courses at professional level as follows:
- 1 course from People Skills
- 1 course from Business Skills
- 1 course from Analytical Skills
- An additional course from Business OR Analytical
All courses at QA include the required examinations.
Analytical Skills courses (must take two)
Select one or two 'Analytical Skills' course from the options below and then pass the associated exams.
Business Skills courses (must take)
Take the 'BCS Professional Certificate in Benefits Planning and Realisation' course and then pass the associated exam.
People Skills course (must take)
Take the 'BCS Professional Certificate in Stakeholder Engagement' course and then pass the associated exam.
Remember to take one additional course from either the Analytical Skills or Business Skills courses listed above
To gain the diploma you must have taken the following:
- 1 course from People Skills
- 1 course from Business Skills
- 1 course from Analytical Skills
- An additional course from Business Skills OR Analytical Skills
