Outline
Both eLearning courses follow the syllabus order and cover the following key topics:
1. Organizational Context and Approach – What is the organizational content for change and how do we structure our approach to best meet the specific needs of any change situation?
2. People and Change – People are different and change leaders need to understand the potential motivation and concerns in relation to changes that may impact the various parties.
3. Change Leadership and Teams - Change leaders are instrumental in the effective design and implementation of change initiatives – helping to create a supportive environment for those involved in delivering a change.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication – Stakeholders can make or break a change initiative. Effective communication with those internal and external to the organization will be a key factor in any successful change programme.
