Overview
The APMG- Change Management Certification has been described as the “definitive certification for professionals dealing with organizational change, transition and transformation.” (APMG International)
This digital Change Management course will enable you to understand and effectively manage the impact of change on organisations and their people. It explores key concepts including how individuals and organizations respond to change, how to lead change through stakeholder engagement and communications and the techniques used by a change manager to ensure the implementation of successful transformation initiatives.
The digital content will take approximately 18 hours to complete (although some delegates may wish to spend longer to help prepare more effectively) and there is an official (211 page) APMG study guide to read. Although you have access to the materials for a 12-month period, we strongly recommend completing the course and booking the foundation exam within a 4-week period to maintain focus.
