Overview
The APMG- Change Management Certification has been described as the “definitive certification for professionals dealing with organizational change, transition and transformation.” (APMG International).
This Change Management course will enable you to understand and effectively manage the impact of change on organisations and their people. It explores key concepts including how individuals and organizations respond to change, how to lead change through stakeholder engagement and communications and the techniques used by a change manager to ensure the implementation of successful transformation initiatives.
This blended course provides the ‘best of both’ learning options as the foundation element is covered through a self-paced, digital format (approximately 18 hours) so you can manage your own time. You then book and take your foundation exam using a voucher. We recommend you complete the foundation learning and exam in about a 4-week period to maintain focus. You must have passed the foundation exam before the exam institute allow you to sit the practitioner exam. So, after the foundation element is complete you then book onto an inter-active instructor-led 2-day course which includes sitting the practitioner exam.
During the practitioner event your QA expert trainer will guide your learning, and support you, as you further develop skills and knowledge through a participative and engaging course drawing on a variety of different learning resources.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites are necessary for the foundation element of this blended course, although delegates may benefit from some experience of organizational change prior to attending the course.
