Overview
This course offers a structured yet flexible approach to training design, promoting a consistent way of designing effective learning solutions.
TAP’s best-practice seven-step design process builds upon the analysis undertaken during the Learning Needs Analysis phase and ensures that learning design addresses the real needs of the business and the people working in it.
Target audience
This course is designed for anyone who is required to design learning solutions (classroom courses, online workshops etc.) as a part of their role.
