QA is delighted to have won the 2017 ERS Silver Award.
The Defense Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to support defense and inspire others to for the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver, and gold awards for employer organizations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defense and the armed forces community and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
Silver award holders demonstrate a number of qualities including:
- Support for service issues
- Actively communicate and uphold a positive stance to their employees
- Show flexibility towards annual training commitments and mobilization of reservist employees and support the employment of cadet instructors, armed forces veterans and military spouses/partners
