You will be equipped to work in roles such as:

- Front of house/receptionist
- Assistant office manager
- Administration Assistant
Mandatory Units
- Developing self and improving own performance in business
- Undertaking and supporting work practices in a business environment
- Communicating in a business environment
Workplace Units
You can choose from a number of workplace units. Some options include:
- Using office equipment
- Collaborating and providing support in a business environment
- Designing and producing documents in a business environment
- Analyzing and reporting data
- Solving business problems
Plus many other units which can be discussed with your account manager/skills coach.
Additional Program Enhancements
You can choose one additional program enhancement. Options include:
- Planning and organizing meetings

There are no set entry requirements for learners. The only thing to bear in mind is that your job role must fit your chosen apprenticeship qualification, allowing you to complete the relevant modules. QA will undertake a role-matching exercise to help you.
