Ben has over 15 years’ experience in apprenticeships and work-based learning. He’s passionate about the next generation – developing their skills so they have successful, long-term careers.
He joined QA in 2011 and led program design and product innovation for our apprenticeships. He's launched degree apprenticeships – initiated our blended learning strategy – and designed and developed our apprenticeships for software developers, project managers and digital marketers.
Before QA, Ben was Head of Apprenticeships for e-skills UK – where he led the design of apprenticeship frameworks, and the pilot of the Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship for small tech companies.
