MAHLE UK, has met this challenge with a bespoke program from QA based on our Stepping Up to Management course plus the SDI® – Strength Deployment Inventory Tool®. (A psychometric test based on relationship awareness theory). The program was structured over 3 days and based on the John Adair's Leadership Model for ‘Action-Centered Leadership’ and was also used to improve internal communication and reduce conflict.
