Recognition of the value that Change Management as a discipline brings to project delivery is growing. In 2021 Forbes Magazine cited change management as being THE most important leadership skill today. We have all been project stakeholders, whether we’ve delivered / managed projects or been a consumer of project deliverables, but have you considered the ‘people aspect’ of project roll-out? Sometimes stakeholders welcome the change a project brings, but often they don’t and put-up resistance, especially if they feel it’s being forced upon them.
