As the UK’s largest training provider, at QA a lot of what we do involves helping our customers make sense of technological, social or business change. New challenges and opportunities have made organisations acutely aware of the need for training. The 2022 Learning Trends Report takes a step back from the noise. We begin by examining what exactly has changed. The popularity of certain course areas has shifted dramatically, allowing us to see first-hand how events have shaped (and continue to shape) business priorities.
We combine these historical insights with the results of a customer survey (conducted in 2022) in which we asked respondents to share their training plans for the future. This bridging of past and present allows us to make recommendations in 3 key areas:
