1. These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer of up to a 60% discount on certain QA Instructor-led training courses* (“Promotion”)brought to you by QA Limited whose registered office is at International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1UN (“QA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
   
   
2. Redeeming the Promotion
   • In order to redeem the Promotion, you must quote “SAVE60” upon booking. Failure to do so, may result in the Promotion being unredeemable and therefore void.
   • All courses must be booked and attended by 28^th February 2025.
   • Any courses that have not been booked and/or attended by 28^th February 2025 will not benefit from this Promotion and the Promotion will be void.

3. Restrictions and Eligibility
   • The Promotion is open to the email recipient only and cannot be transferred to another party.
   • By using this Promotion, you indicate your acceptance of these terms together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
   • The Promotion will be applied to all eligible orders (as specified in clause 5 below), and such orders will be subject to our Learning Terms and Conditions.
   • Where a Promotion communication reaches an email address of multiple receivers, QA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of participants.
   • The Promotion is only available to you if, you have previously purchased services from QA, however, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you have not purchased services from QA in the last 12-months. 
   • QA reserves the right to restrict participation in the Promotion.
   • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount. 
   • The Promotion is for new bookings only. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked to take advantage of the Promotion.
   • The Promotion is not transferable to other course dates or events. There is no alternative to this Promotion.
   • The Promotion is subject to availability.
   • QA reserve the right to decline your use of the Promotion at its sole discretion in the event we believe the Promotion is being misused, invalid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

4. Closing Date
   • The closing date for the Promotion is 27^th February 2025. The Promotion will not apply to any orders made after this date and you will be charged the full cost of the applicable course.

5. Availability
   • The Promotion is available to QA’s Instructor-led training courses (except for the courses set out in 5.2 below).
   • The following courses are excluded from the Promotion:
     • All public scheduled courses prefixed with a “TP” course code;
     • Courses specified on the website or notified to the Customer from time to time as “Cyber”, “Exam”, “Partner”, “Premium”, “Premium Plus” or “Fast Track”; and
     • Courses provided by the following providers: Oracle, Cisco, Red Hat, and VMware.
   • All courses are subject to availability and QA’s absolute discretion.

6. Cancellations
   • In the event QA reschedules a course, the Promotion may be transferred to the new date determined by QA. Any courses after 28^th February 2025 will not apply to this Promotion.
   • If QA cancels a course and there is no alternative available, the discount cannot be transferred or applied to another course.

7. Data Protection
   • If you take part in the Promotion, you agree for QA to use any personal details submitted to administer the Promotion. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not take part in the Promotion. 

8. General
   • In addition to these terms, QA’s Learning Terms and Conditions will apply to all courses booked using the Promotion.
   • QA reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.
   • These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.  

*Clause 5.2 sets out the courses that are exempt from the promotion.
