It’s more than numbers - it’s our driving force. The last few years have seen unimaginable growth in the role of data in our lives, increasing the importance of building data skills.
By harnessing data we can join the dots, increase efficiencies, and make the right decisions. We’re excited to launch data development apprenticeships.

Identify patterns. Turn data into stories. Drive better decisions
Data is evolving at pace across the industry and customer expectations are increasing - wanting speed, personalisation and security as standard. Data powers our ability to deliver brilliant experiences to our customers - and we all have a part to play in building our skills.
Are you...
- In a non-technical role but use data daily?
- Looking to build your data analysis skills?
- In a more senior role and ready to deepen your specialist data expertise?
If so, explore our quiz tool to help find the best programme match for you.

We're on a mission to maximise the potential impact of data
Data is a business-critical asset and used to make value-generating decisions. By developing our skills we're building a culture where data powers every decision and fuels innovation.
Through data development apprenticeships, the goal is to empower you to use data instinctively as the basis for decisions, understand the role we play in ensuring our data is high-quality and trusted and use data as a common asset to collaborate to solve problems.
It’s important your current role allows you to demonstrate how you are applying the learning day to day. Explore the programmes available and get ready to level up your skills.

Data apprenticeships
These development programmes empower you to identify and interpret patterns, turn data into stories and drive better decisions. Transform your impact and supercharge your professional development.
Please note: Apprenticeships are a brilliant mechanism for development – and in England, our apprenticeship levy can fully fund this learning. Levies exist in other nations (e.g. Scotland) but governments run them totally differently and unfortunately outside of England there are many more restrictions.
We're doing everything we can to navigate within the current parameters that exist. If you’re living outside of England and are interested in doing this type of professional qualification, please do still register and we’ll pick up with you individually to see what options there might be.
