Join a QA delivered Tech Primer and Digital Skills Bootcamp from North Lanarkshire Council and get free training that could see you on your way to a new job just four weeks later.

What are Tech Primer & Digital Skills Bootcamps?

Tech Primer & Digital Skills Bootcamps are free, four-week immersive experiences that equip you with essential employability skills. Our expert instructors will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the job market.

Eligibility

  • resident in North Lanarkshire
  • aged 16-24
  • looking to enter the job market, upskill, or change career
  • able to commit 5 days Mon-Fri per week for 4 weeks.

Do I need any qualifications to apply?

No academic qualifications are necessary, just an enthusiasm to learn.

How will I know if I have been accepted for the bootcamp?

One of our team will contact you after you apply to explain next steps.

What will I receive at the end?

Every successful participant who completes the course receives a certificate of completion and personalised support to enter the job market.

Participants will also be given access to QA’s online learning platform for a further 6 months where you can continue to enhance your skills.

How many people are on each course?

Approximately 12 places are available on each bootcamp.

I cannot attend this course, can I put my name down for the next one?

I am a college/school student, can I attend?

Yes, but you will need approval from your school or college.

How much does this course cost?

The course won’t cost you anything, it is funded by North Lanarkshire Council.
