Level 4 program specific information

There is a formal appeals process for learners who wish to appeal against decisions made by the end point assessment organizations. Appeals in the first instance should be sent to the central appeals inbox at QAA.EPA@qa.com
A preliminary investigation will be carried out by QA. However, the end point assessment organization will make the final decision on the outcome of your appeal.
